  8.  Spatcher is a easy to use GUI (Graphical User Interface) for Spatch
  9. (Copyright © 1992 SAS Institute, Inc.), that is part of the SAS/C
  10. distribution. Drag & drop operation is supported.

  12.  Spatch is a tool, that allows you to update an old version of any software
  13. to a better one. All you need is a Spatch executable program (included in
  14. this archive) and a patch file (#?.pch) created by the developper of the
  15. updated software.

  17.  The patch file is a list of differences between two binary files. Spatch
  18. combines the original files and the patch file into a new file.

  20.  Control of Spatch is not very difficult, but most Amiga users prefer GUI.
  21. Spatcher is developped for Spatch 6.50, but it should work with any version,
  22. that uses the same parameter syntax.
